L.D Barnes Construction

I hired this company based on a recommendation after hearing that they were "the best guys around for trim work". After meeting with L.D, who is the owner of this company, I was satisfied with his professionalism and honesty. I hired this company to complete the trim work around my entire house, hang my interior doors, and install cabinets. After specking with L.D a few days later, he informed me that his son and a few of his other workers would complete the work for me.The workers were very unprofessional. The job turned out to be a NIGHTMARE. The trim work in my home is horrible. There are a lot of overacts, undercuts, broken crown molding, a hole in one of my closet doors, and not to mention a window was broken out of my home.They also smoked in home and left cigarette butts everywhere. The worst part it is the job is not complete. After being paid, I received a call that stated they were unable to complete the work in my home. I replaced the window that was broken out in my home, and I now I have two weeks to try and find someone to complete the rest of the work for our new home. I am very unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone.
