He explained, in detail, exactly what I was going to do, as we moved from the application to the close. I knew without a shadow of doubt, exactly what was going to happen, and with the FHA Reverse Mortgage, I spent what I wanted to spend, and I never have to make another payment. I have peace of mind, and rest easy at night, instead of worrying about where I will get the money I need to live out my golden years
Description of Work: Supplied all information and details about the FHA Reverse Mortgage, and how to use it to Repair/Remodel my primary home. I paid off my current loan, plus some other credit. I then remodeled my home, to increase the value of my home. Mr. Jones was there with advise at every detail. I had no obligation until I had all the facts, in black and white. I closed my loan, remodeled my home, and I will never have another payment!!
