It went fantastic.  The vendor was professional and extremely knowledgeable.  I was provided with options that allowed me to choose the level and type of shingle to use.  I elected to go with a higher priced option for some significant reasons which included shingle construction/quality, known weather patterns and wind speed at my location.  The addition of moisture barrier protection and lifetime warranty.
The replacement included the following:
Removed old roof and boxed vents (approximately 10 boxed vents). 
Removed existing plywood sheets where boxed vents existed and installed new plywood to cover those areas.
Installed roof deck protection (sheathing) and leak barrier protection mat.
Installed GAF Timberline Advanced Protection Shingle (Lifetime Warranty) with Ridge Vents installed across all ridges.
The special GAF warranty not only covers my home but provides the opportunity to transfer the warranty to a new owner in the event I wish to sell the home.  Having such a warranty provides an significant value to me as a home-owner.
All work was done in a timely manner (2 days) and clean-up was complete and professional.  
I would not hesitate to recommend this solution provider to anyone and would use them again if additional or other types of homeowner work is required.

They will do what they say they will do. Honest and communicative, and I would highly recommend them.

Rapid Restoration was quick returning an estimate, once our contract was signed there was a total lack of communication as to start date of project and or the show-up/quitting times. The job was subcontracted out; the sub-contractors were messy leaving cigarette butts and trash all over with minimal little clean up. Plastic blew all over the neighborhood, my husband and I did the police call after. Shrubs and light on garage were damaged. A section of the roof needed to be removed and replaced as snap lines were not utilized and the shingles were not spaced appropriately. Again, the contractors did not show up as agreed upon, and arrived after dark and worked in the dark with a flood light. A second time, my husband and I did the clean up. The garage light was never replaced by Rapid Restoration, my husband did it and we subtracted the amount from the bill. The salesperson did make an attempt, to find a light, but one had to be ordered and again wait for someone to show up and hang it. The salesperson waited nearly a month after the replacement section of roof to contact us about collecting his payment, performing the final inspection or replacing the broken light. We were expecting this job to me done within 2-3 days per the contract, but ended up taking over 6-7 weeks without hearing from Rapid Restoration, despite my husband's and my repeated texts, emails, and calls.

I really like the way our new deck looks. Everything that they did was just as we wanted it to be. They were able to get the deck done in about a week. I couldn't ask for a better job than what they did in building our new deck.

Rapid Restoration arrived at the same time every morning. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left. Other companies that I have hired left nails. The workmanship could not have been better. I was very pleased.
