Considering the frantic mindset I was in when I first called, they handled it quite well. I have been in the area all of a week when this happened and they were a calming voice in the strong wind. They got me in asap, the same day, and listened to me from the beginning. My Rott is not exactly the most friendliest dude with other dogs and they took that into consideration and allowed me to bring him in the side door. They were careful not to cause anymore pain to him, yet did a thorough exam. The price was $45.00 for the exam and initial visit.
In order to do the x-rays, I had to leave him there the next day so I could go to work. They had no trouble with him; which was a shocker to me as he also does not do strangers real well. He was excited to go home, but he was calm and relaxed. The vet took the time to explain the x-ray results and answered any questions I had till I had a clear understanding.
