Mr. Henderson was very professional and friendly. It was obvious that he knew his trade well. He had the problem diagnosed within minutes, ordered the part and returned within 2 days (exactly when he said he would) to make the repair. It works perfectly now! Most of the cost of the work was for the part. His prices are definitely affordable. I would call him for any large appliance repair I needed and recommend him highly!

Mr. Henderson was very personable and professional. He changed the igniter (a lower-cost part and common culprit of an oven not heating when turned on) but that didn't fix it. He had to order the panel and returned a few days later to replace it. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely recommend Mr. Henderson and will call him again for future appliance repair.

I had 2 refrigerators that needed repairs. He checked out the main one and let me know it would be more economical to buy a new one than to repair the broken one. The repair would have cost almost as much as a new one. The other was a simple repair which he fixed in less than 15 minutes. Very pleasant and professional. I could not be more pleased and will definitely use this company again when I need a repair.

He arrived by 10am. We had to unpack the freezer side, which he helped me with. He had it diagnosed and the part ordered in 10 minutes. He does carry parts on the truck but of course mine has to be one that is not an average part. He returned by 4pm and had the refrigerator working great in no time.
