You must make sure that every cabinet on a proposed drawing is explained to you in detail before you "sign-off". Since we were not professionals at reading the proposed drawing, we did not realize that they did not accurately reflect what we had discussed with the representative. What follow was an example of terrible customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by a company I was doing business with. Make them explain every cabinet in detail and face to face so you can be assured that you will get what you wanted.

They import Chinese cabinets.  They are good for low price cabinets.  They were the ones with the lowest price in the area.  If anyone is looking out for custom sized cabinets and different sizes I would not advise them to go there.  They have only standard sizes but their prices are very low.  I would use their services in the future also.

I assembled the cabinets in a (3) day long weekend. It took longer to ensure we had all the parts than to actually assemble the cabinets. This time included pre-assembling each and every cabinet and disassembling again before using glue and brad nails so, someone who is familiar with cabinet building could do this in weekend or less quite easily. The order was filled accurately with the exception of two items missing which were roll-out trays for spice rack and garbage cans which are being sent to us. If you are in the process of a kitchen remodel, send them your quote and see what Timberland comes back with. It saved us $12,000 +.
