David was great! He kept me informed throughout the process... the good things as well as the bad. If the news was bad, he was ready with a suggestion. He was patient and kind even as I ranted about the original builder who made this mess for us. He used the new Kerby shower system so that we won't have a failure like this again, and put our shower back again, better than before. I highly recommend his services. In fact I am having him back soon to lay some hardwood floors for us.
