My builder put in a Rheem unit that was a lemon. I had to have it repaired constantly. Finally it died, after the warranty was up.
I contacted Kevin at Spring Hill Heating and Air and he came out and talked to me about the possibilities. He provided a good list of possibilities to get my going again, from a band aid that would have fit a small budget up to a state of the art unit. He did not push, but clearly stated the information I would need to make an informed decision. After choosing the unit I wanted to go with, he worked with my schedule to get it installed.
His workers came on time and did the job efficiently in the amount of time he said it would take. Everyone was pleasant to be around, and Kevin stayed around afterward to make sure I could work the thermostat. He even called back the next day to check on everything.
I would heartily recommend them.
