Very professional. Chris was thorough in his evaluation. Discussed each problem area and explained thoroughly what the problem was. However, two weeks have passed, no estimate. The deadline to submit the estimate for repairs is less than 24 hours from now. Despite repeated calls and requests for the estimate, I have not received a response. This lack of timeliness will cost me adversely.  I am very disappointed.

Chris is a really nice guy. This was a big job. He did the work for a very good price. City of Davidson stopped the work for permits so it took a long time. I realize Chris was trying to save money by not getting the permits and initially permits were not needed until rules changed. In the end the work created a beautiful house and Chris was instrumental in getting the full value of the house with the remodel.
I was surprised to hear that we did not have permits when he  had said we did. Also a few things were not finished. In the end everything worked out. The city approved everything and insulation was put in behind the basement wall, and the toilet pump for basement was repaired. It was a good remodel for a relatively good price.
Chris had also done a radon test when I purchased the house. I was told the test was not done correctly and had to have it redone.

After the initial visit and a part was ordered, I called at least 4 times to see when they were coming back to put the part in. He was very apologetic and made excuses. He said he would get back with me, but he never did. It has been 3 months, and I haven't heard back from him. Needless to say, I will find another repairman.

Chris called early on the 30th confirming our appointment for the installation. Ken and Diane arrived as advertised at 10 am preparing the old unit for removal. Justin picked up the replacement unit from Lowe's and arrived with it around 11 am. They did an excellent job in removing and disposing of the old unit and then installing the replacement unit. In any replacement of existing components, there always seems to be something that presents a problem and Ken was able to meet those challenges and complete the job in a timely manner. The finishing, caulking, filling nail holes, as well as reattaching the plantation shutters, was excellent. Nice job!

We did not have any actual work done by this contractor yet, so I can't answer this. All interaction so far has been very positive.

Was referred to Chris by a Realtor friend and he was very profesional and friendly. Accomodating with regard to our needs and responded in good time with the report and details. Am hoping to us some of his other services in the future.
