We haven't sold the house yet. Our house is challenged with being a very large 3800 sq. ft. one with five bedrooms and a 3-car garage in a neighborhood with houses in the 2000+ sq. ft. range, but I KNOW, with Rebecca's dedication we will sell our house. One of the things I love about Rebecca is her desire and willingness to do open houses. I've watched for sale signs go up all over this neighborhood over the last eight years we've lived here and the lack of open houses has been astounding. Since putting the house on the market a little over two months ago, Rebecca has done open house almost every weekend; and she brings a lot of pizzaz to an open house, e.g., instead of the usualy balloons and dull signs, she puts up attention getter flags and signs that say, for example, I'm Georgeous Inside. Then she hangs a gig WELCOME sign on the front door. Even if it takes longer than the average time to sell (for our house size and price range that's 6 months), I will list my house again with Rebecca. She's that good!! That's why I'm bragging about her on Angie's List.
