+ -1 moreDon't hesitate to call her! Janice was fantastic! She came in and met Ruby (a golden doodle) first so she was comfortable with Janice. Ruby was overdue for a grooming with a longer winter coat plus she had quite a few mats. She gently hand-groomed her mats before trimming and bathing her. She brought her own golden doodle Augie who is a perfect advertisement for her work. She did such a wonderful job that we are setting up a recurring appointment!

Description of Work: I gave her an overall rating of "C" for a few reasons. It was next to impossible to pin down a date for her to come to my house, and she was over an hour late on the day she did come. She was fairly responsive to e-mails, but gave me several dates that would then fall through. My dog did seem to like her, which was a plus, and the service was convenient with her coming to my house. He looked fine when she was done, but she did not clean around his eyes, which is something the groomer usually does, and his hair was not as short as I would have liked. At that point I just wanted to be done, so I didn't ask her to correct these things. I also suspect she did anal glands when I mentioned more than once that I did not want that done. I will not use her again.

+ -1 moreJ's Mobile Grooming has a trailer, comes to your house and does animal grooming. Her prices are very reasonable. It's the same price I pay Pet Smart. She's always on time, does a good job and she's just great. It saves you time from having to drive to the groomer and also has a dog that has to sit next to you all day waiting for your turn. Weather sad or she has to cancel and come another day, she always calls you. At other time she'll reschedule it for you. If you made an appointment she'll call or she'll send an email to remind you she'll be coming in the next few days. She comes every five to six weeks, I've used her three times and I've been really pleased with her.
Description of Work: I use J's Mobile Grooming for animal grooming.

Description of Work: J's MOBILE GROOMING (Janice Grubbs) is by far the best groomer we have ever had. We have 2 poodles that Janice has been grooming every 5 weeks for the past 5 years. She brings her services to your home, which has provided a stress free and hassle free environment for us and our "babies." They are done in no time at all, and ALWAYS look beautiful. Gone are the days of dropping them off at a facility and getting them back 8 hours later. The $100 we spend is for 2 poodles with tip included. She will love your baby like her own.
