Joe Purkey and John were prompt and respectful of my home.  They are trustworthy and did  excellent work in all areas that I described above.  I would recommend them.   

We called Mr. Purkey on a Saturday and he came the next day, Sunday, to give us an estimate for pressure washing our house (2-story with the front brick and 3 sides are siding). His estimate of $325.00 seemed very reasonable. He said the workers would be out to do the work the following Friday, but they arrived about 3 days early which was great. Mr. Purkey knew it was fine to come anytime, even if we were not home.
The workers did a good job. They did miss cleaning 3 or 4 spots, but came out the next day after my husband called about the problem to clean these remaining areas. I really appreciated the workers moving my pots off the front porch.
There's nothing to complain about...Mr. Purkey and his workers were responsive, polite, and did a good job. Returning to make sure we were satisfied impressed us, so we would definitely hire this company again.

Quality of work was very good. All mold and mildew was removed better than expected. I handed the Owner a check for the work approximately 5 days after it was completed. I checked the quality of the cleaning, but nothing else.
The problem was in addressing items damaged during the work that I didn't catch until a day after I paid. Had an outdoor sensor for a temperature/humidity monitor which either was removed or knocked down during work. I fixed it myself.
The same day, I went to use my $50 outdoor hose reel that was used during the work. I found that it was broken. Called the Owner that day. He said he would replace it. No response or hose reel over the next week. Called approximately 7 days later and Joe said he checked with his helper who said the hose reel was broken.when he first saw it. I don't think so, but at this point, I'm in no position to dispute it, and obviously in a week the check I wrote cleared the bank.
My recommendation for similar work in this area would be to get competitive bids, do not let the workers use any of your tools or equipment (in fact hide it). and do not hand over a check until every aspect of the work was checked including your hose connections, outdoor devices, etc.
