Integrity Roofing and Renovation, LLC

We hired Integrity Roofing to do a complete roofing replacement of our home. After several meetings face to face and phone calls. We signed a contract with them to replace our roof to metal roofing at a large home in College Grove, TN After the roof was installed, we had within 2 months an issue with the roof with leaking. We called Integrity roofing as the roof was under warranty. That's when the problem really began. It turns out the Integrity roofing staff Don Brown who we meet several time and signed a contract with stole Phil's (the real owner of integrity roofing company president) clients and did work on the side under Phil's company (Integrity roofing). To make a long story short. Don Brown set up another company called Integrity roofing and renovations in Spring Hill when he was caught and agreed that he would address all the homes and clients he stole from Phil's company when he worked for him. Well, Integrity roofing and renovations president/owner is not following through on his agreement. We paid $14, 900.00 that leaks and Mr. Brown will not fix it because he said "Phil was the president of that company and that Phil's company needs to fix it" Phil said I was not aware until some time after that Mr. Brown my employee stole my potential clients and did work/sign contracts under my company. Either way, not Integrity Roofing and Renovations or the other company Integrity roofing will fix our roof leaks.

They did an excellent job. I watched them as they did all the work. It was completed in one day. They cleaned up all paper, roofing materials and trash as if they had not been there. I was so pleased with the entire job.

Integrity Roofing and Revovation led by Don Brown has been professional, thorough and consultative from the beginning of the estimate process to the clean up of our property after our new roof was completed. As we began this re-roof project we initiated contact with several roofing contractors and over the course of a couple of weeks our confidence in Don's ability and knowledge grew and we selected him as our contractor. What a great decision!

Getting a roof replaced is not what most people would consider "fun", and I have not known anyone who looked forward to going through he process....but....at some point it becomes a necessity. I must say that the experience with Don and his team was so positive we actually enjoyed the event and love the outcome.

Don and his team arrived exactly when they said they would, demonstrated that they knew precisely what they were doing at all times. They worked efficiently and effectively together from the time they prepped the area around our home to protect everything around the house to the removal of the old roofing and the installation of the new roofing, including modifications that actually dramatically improved the appearance of our home. Sma;ll touches and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations.

They left our property in better shape than they found it!

I give the highest recommendation possible for Don and Integrrity Roof and Renovation. Fantastic!
