BE CAUTIOUS before hiring this company. My sister worked with Jessica Graves when she gave proper notice to vacate her rental AND she found a qualified tenant ready to move in the day after she moved out! Jessica Graves lied while she continued telling my sister that she sent her security deposit when she in fact did not. As a real estate broker, I stepped in to help my sister and called Exit Realty King requesting that Jessica Graves call me to discuss the reason she failed to return my sisters security deposit as it had been 45 days since she vacated. No return call from Jessica or anyone else in this office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I urged my sister to call the local board of realtors to submit a formal complaint. Within 24/hrs my sister received word that a check was being mailed that day!!! Why would a professional leasing/management company want to take advantage of a hard working, single woman who always paid rent in advance? Why is Jessica Graves allowed to be in a fiduciary position? I urge anyone considering using this company to steer clear of Jessica Graves. She is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. She should not be in this business!!!!
