Description of Work: We've used Davis Tree Service at our business a few times. Todd always shows up and does what we've asked of him. We've had to have a couple of large trees removed over the last couple of years. His bids have been less than a competitor's bids, and he's always done a great job for us.

Description of Work: Trimmed a tree that was hanging over the house, removed several stumps. Work performed as advertised. Only reason I didn't give an A in price is they wouldn't honor a coupon I received in the mailbox for a few dollars off service. The gent doing the estimate said there was an issue with fake coupons being distributed and thus would not honor the one I presented. Other then that, the work was done well. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Todd and his crew were half the price of competitors and did a great job! Saved over $1500 and got more accomplished. Todd took my call, gave the quote and saw to it that the job was done right.

Description of Work: They brought down 2 large trees and removed dead limbs from 10 others. They were quick and professional and went the extra mile.

Description of Work: Davis Tree Service cut down a diseased tree for my HOA. He ground the stump as well. When he was finished, if you didn't know there used to be a tree there, you would not have known anyone had done any work there. Even the sawdust from the stump was gone. There were no limbs/leaves or any trace of the old tree anywhere. Our HOA plans to contract with him for all of our tree work.

Description of Work: Davis Tree Service removed a large hackberry tree next to my house. The tree was in danger of splitting and causing great damage to my home. They removed the entire tree and ground the stump. They did a great job; the crew was very efficient.

Description of Work: Davis Tree Service trimmed some very old trees in our yard that have been neglected for at least 20 years. We are extremely happy with the tree work, the price was fair for the work he did, and Todd Davis was easy to get ahold of and to schedule. When they were done, there were several holes in our yard from their equipment (at least 6" in circumference, and at least 6" deep) that we had to fill in. To be fair, I did not ask him about it or see if he would come fill them in, we just did it ourselves. He very well may have been willing to take care of it had he known it was an issue. I would just keep this in mind when looking at this tree service, and possibly address it up front. I would use him again if that issue was addressed.

Description of Work: Very good communication from Mr. Davis for providing the initial estimate. The arrived about 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time, calling me when they were about 15 minutes away to confirm. Work was done very well with excellent clean-up. The crew is very experienced (I found out while talking with them). They used an onsite chipper to get rid of the tree parts and also raked up excess small branches and used a blower to remove debris from hard surfaces. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: Removed all branches after a severe storm, then returned to cut down 10 trees, ground stumps, removed all trees and racked and cleaned all the yard.

Description of Work: Cut off many "threatening" branches in tall trees in our backyard and front yard. Put them in a wood chipper on the spot and disposed of them. Guys showed up on time and did fine job. I did have to go out to check their work and reminded them to cut a few branches that they had neglected in their first sweep. But they then cut off the remaining branches without any issues. Friendly staff. Punctual. Will definitely call them again when the trees need trimming or removing.

Description of Work: removed 30ft tree with stump & root grinding, topped pear tree, removed 4 high,large limbs, trimmed limbs along fence, & removed debris |Todd is very nice to work with & by far had the best bid. Overall, it went well & done in less than 3 hours. Only complaints would be some damage to 2 trees under the ones being cut, and ruts in the yard from the heavy trucks, which Foriest was the only service that mentioned bringing boards to keep from rutting the the yard but for twice the cost, so it's not a big problem.
