I first hired Dave to do all the HVAC ducts and exhaust venting in our basement remodel last year. He did a fantastic job and 20/20 hindsight, I also should have had him do all the plumbing too. We have had major issues with the plumber we hired which resulted in the septic sump blowing apart three times in a year. After the third time, I abandoned the original plumber and called Dave. Dave completely rebuilt the sump the way it should be and did a meticulous job using quality materials. I won't have any issues with this sump anymore. The one thing that makes Dave stand out from the others is that he not only does a professional meticulous job, but he is also a teacher. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and what materials will work the best for the situation. That is a quality that is very hard to find.

David Alexander Plumbing & HVAC has taken care of our air condition and plumbing needs since my family and I relocated back to the Middle Tennessee area in 2014. You will find David to be an honest, skillful, fair, and hard-working service provider. David has taken care of me and my family in times of emergencies as well as to handle our regular maintenance. He recently replaced our upstairs AC that was over 10 years old and had seen better days, repaired a shower that was unable to maintain a constant temperature and several other plumbing and AC needs for us. They came out to our home, well my moms home and unclogged the toilet and then we found out we had a couple of other clogs.  The pricing was great, customer service was good, very professional young men.  I will be referring them to our whole church.

David showed up on time and started going through our list of problems. We had numerous original water shut off valves that wouldn't shut off all the way and we wanted an estimate on replacing our whole house humidifier. He replaced the defective gate valves with the proper ball type valves and re-piped and properly insulated the main shut-off. When he looked at the humidifier, he told us he would be happy to replace it, but it wasn't necessary on our type of furnace. David noticed our water heater and suggested some more energy efficient types when it needed to be replaced.
