+ -1 moreDue to our location which was 35 miles from his base, we did have to wait until he had more than my call in the area.
Description of Work: Kevin Iles, the owner, came with a helper. Charged $70 service call and $70 for the new thermostat. He spent time checking out the furnace and air conditioner seeing that they were in good shape and even changing the filter. Honest and thorough serviceman.
