My top load washer would continuously overfill. I called Sears and these people were recommended to me. I had to leave a very bad review with Sears because, at first, I never received a call from any repair service. After that review I was contacted directly by Sears, then a few hours later by Mikes to schedule a visit. I told them exactly what was wrong. They showed up looked at the washer and then told me they didn't have the parts required to complete the repair with them. Okay, so it's a guy working out of his truck and he can't carry all of the parts with him to make every possible repair. He left to return the next day with the required part, a piece of 1/4" tubing a few inches long that a mouse had chewed through! He replaced the tubing and charged $100 for the repair.
My sister now has a problem with her washer. I once again called Sears and it's been over a week and I have not yet heard anything from any repair service. I finally went through cancelled checks to see who I used last time. Yeah, I should be more organized. I found Mike's check, found them on the Internet and called. It seems they are closed this week. W**??? The guy I talked to, probably Mike through he didn't give me his name, said he would call someone else and see if they could come out. So far I have not received any call.
I have once again called Sears informing them I still need service but I will not use Mike's for any service. I'm fortunate the first repair was easy. I cannot imagine what the timing, and the charge, would be for my sister's washer repair.

It took forever to get the card installed. I waited and waited and...... three months later he called and made an appointment to replace the controller card and it did not fix the problem. So I am still waiting for the next control card to show up. I am about ready to say I have a lemon (three control cards in 4 years) and buy a new dishwasher.

Mike started the job of fixing my appliances and would not come out and finish the job.  He took my money, $497.14, out of my account on the first day.  After a little over two weeks of hearing, what I felt was bogus excuses why he had still not came out to finish the job, I called him and ask him to put my money back in my account.  I told him that I would just fix it myself.  I ordered my control board and ice maker online.  Got the parts in 3 days and put both of them in, in about an hour.  Ice maker worked fine.  My dryer also worked fine until I dryed 3 loads of clothes in it.  The tub stopped turning.  I took the front of the dryer off and felt underneath the tub and found out that Mike had put the belt back on wrong.  He had put it beside the idler pulley instead of on the pulley.  This burned up the pulley and the belt.  So I had to take my dryer completely apart.  I had to order a new pulley and a belt online.  It took two more days to do this.  In the meantime, I am trying to get my money back from Mike Parmerter.  He tells me that he should get payed for what he did.  He did not send me any money for the first 6 weeks.  Finally he sent me all but $210.00.  He charge me  that much for what he did.  I told him about the belt and pulley he messed up.  He admitted that he probably did that, but did not even apologize for it.  I felt like I owed him nothing.
