 + -1 moreFlat screen repair was accomplished and paid for, then TV went out again, It was still under their warranty so they ask me to bring it in. After further analysis of the trouble they said would cost more than a new one to repair and refunded the previous service charges.

 + -1 moreJohn was professional, expert, and a pleasure to work with. We will now go to him for all our electronics repairs.
Description of Work: John came to our home to examine our malfunctioning large screen TV, diagnosed the problem while explaining everything to my husband, gave us a detailed description to send to Panasonic, received the required part from Panasonic, and then came again to our home to fix the TV. The TV now works perfectly. We also asked him to evaluate a malfunctioning receiver and he gave us his professional opinion promptly.
