The highly recommended companies, a total of six, came out and indicated that they could not do the job. In total frustration and on the verge of giving up I remembered HomeAdvisor. I contacted them, and a few days later Chanse, the owner, came out and took a look at the problem and indicated that he and his crew could fix it.
