James and Mary are AWESOME! Setting up the home inspection was very easy and straight-forward. They explained the services that would be performed and asked if I had any questions. I was invited to join James at the end of the inspection to go over the findings. He walked me through the home and showed me all of the issues. Later that day (on a Saturday) I received the report with detailed photos and findings. These guys were truly great to work with and I would definitely use them again and will refer to them regularly.

We live in south Georgia, but needed to make long distance arrangements for Mr. Martin to meet us at a house we wanted to purchase in White County, Tennessee. HIs wife was very agreeable on the phone and they worked it out to where he could meet with us at a time that we would be in Tennessee. He was there, at the house, before we were and thoroughly inspected the home and helped us understand things that could be problematic. He was patient with all of our questions, and gave recommendations when asked. We knew the home was in bad shape and he confirmed this easily, but also showed us some things we didn't see and didn't realize could be a problem. If we ever plan to buy a house again in this area, we will for sure use Eagle Eye.
