I would have liked a heads up with "we'll try" or "let's see". Even to be told "those stains probably won't come up" would have be helpful. So disappointed, I tried, but I think I have to get rid of the carpet. BUT the rest of my house looks FANTASTIC! I can't be more pleased! Yes, I would call them back!"
