+ -1 moreIt was nice that he did not charge it and he was able to reassure us that we could wait until after the holidays to take the money out to repair it. They are very fair and good.They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they are the best for the money. They are very honest, fair and prompt. They use the best equipment and have a very fast response time.
Description of Work: He came out to take a look at a unit we had that was louder than we thought it should be. He said there was something on it that would probably eventually need to be replaced but it wasn't urgent and we could wait until after the holidays to fix it.
