Andy Hunsucker

We paid Andy half the amount up front for the entertainment unit on 09/23/2013. I canceled the order for the unit on/about 02/28/2014 as he had not started the project. Andy had stated to me he would be able to complete the project within 6 - 8 weeks. I have requested a refund from Andy and he has yet to refund my money. I currently have contacted an attorney regarding this matter. Again, we paid Andy half the amount on 08/16/2013 for the pull out drawers and cabinet above the toilet. Andy finished the pull out drawers and they seem to be fine. Andy also installed the cabinet above the toilet in the bathroom. Andy has yet to install the handles on the cabinet. The cabinet contains two adjustable shelves. After he installed the cabinet, I noticed the shelves were not level and rocked. I questioned Andy about this and he said he would cut new shelves. Andy came by the house and later stated he had corrected the issue. After inspecting the shelves, I noticed he attempted to correct the rocking shelves by utilizing the cabinet door bumper (round rubber stopper placed inside of cabinet door) and placing it on one of the shelf pegs to level the shelf. I immediately called him and questioned him on this practice. He later stated the holes on the interior walls of the cabinet were off causing the rocking issue. He then stated he would come by to add interior walls that would have level peg holes so the shelves would be level. Andy has yet to install the handles or correct the rocking shelves.
