I had WIN (Mr. Gray) conduct an inspection on a house I had made an offer on a couple weeks ago. He came on time and caught the easy stuff but he failed to identify mold and numerous questionable damage in the crawl space, He also failed to see the termite damage on the wood floor on the first and second level of the house.. I also had to point out where the floor had settled. I only found the crawl space issues be cause I hired a restoration specialist and he actually went under the house and found numerous issues. I would not recommend or use WIN service for any home inspection. I lost a significant amount of money having to terminate the contract agreement. I contacted Mr. Gray three times by Email asking for a refund of $425 but never received a response.
