Charles McDaniel was referred to me by another Angie's List Provider (Heavenly Touch Carpet Care) whom I had never used but liked the reports online. Charles set a timely appointment and arrived at my home in Chattanooga from Soddy Daisy with his apprentice Andrew. The estimate was very reasonable, and Charles was prepared to begin work immediately. As I had recent knee surgery, I could not move any furniture. Charles and Andrew moved every bit of furniture (including 2 very heavy sofa beds) as they worked through each room. They put everything back in place ... the only things I needed to arrange were the little knick knacks. The work was impeccable, and finished in 6 hours (I thought it would definitely take the better part of 2 days).
Charles does carpet and flooring installation (except porcelain tiles), refinishing and repair. He is now on my speed dial! Already I have referred 2 friends to him ... such a pleasure to work with!
