They did a wonderful job. This was the best hair cut our Spaniels had since we have had them.
It is a 18 mile drive for us; but it is well worth the drive for us.

They are very good with the animals.

Just moved into the area and had to find a new groomer for my yorkie. First place I went to literally shaved him. If Its Tails was recommended to me so I decided to give them a try. I have never been more pleased with a groomer. They gave me a 4 hour window for how long it would take. They called me to let me know they were running behind but were only 30 minutes later than they had previously estimated. My Yorkie smelled wonderful and was cut perfectly just as I had requested. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was also. I actually called them back to thank them and I have told all my friends about the great service. I will not be going anywhere else for grooming services!

They are great. The price varies and depends on what I am having done. Sometimes it's more and sometimes it's $35 and sometimes it's $20; it depends on the service. I just like the girls. I know the lady that owns it now. They are just very friendly and very nice. They grade my dog on how good she was. It's just a really nice group of people. All the girls that work there are really nice, and they do a real nice job as far as I'm concerned. With regard to price, I think that they are pretty reasonable. The quality of their work is fine. They are very responsive to my needs. They are very punctual.

His appointment was finished before they said it would be and they called us as soon as he was ready to be picked up.

I have been using them for several years. The last time I was there was last summer for a "summer cut". I will continue to use them in the future.

This groomer was recommended to me by my vet, Dr. Amanda Wojtalik-Courter, one of the finest doctors in town. I took Toby in on time and was given a time he would be ready. I called a few minutes before the pick-up time and was told it would be about another 20 minutes. This was really good because I got there early and it allowed me to watch them finish up his grooming. They were gentle, thorough and knowledgable and he looked great. There is a window in the door to the grooming area so anyone can go and see how the pets are treated. A grooming salon in a vet's office near my house had the same viewing station and after I saw how roughly they treated the animals I never took my dog there again. I recommend If It's Tails highly.
