Randy is the single most reliable home inspector I've ever hired... and I've hired him ten times as an investor in single family and multifamily properties throughout the Chattanooga area. Did a very good job. Scheduled appointment and showed up when he said he would. I followed up with him and he answered all my questions. Does not do Radon which is a small concern as you have to schedule with someone else. Stand alone Radon costs more. Leaves it up to buyer to ask for compensation on some major items. Would be helpful if he made a recommendation to you on major items such as Water heaters and HVAC units and roofs.

Inspector Johnson knows his stuff. Very friendly and was very thorough. He not only does what he s paid to do, he talks to you as if he s known you for a long time. That goes a long way with me. The inspection report was clear and understandable. With photos explanation s and recommendations. Price of the inspection to me should of been a lot more considering the great job Inspector Johnson did. Being from Connecticut and looking for my next life home in Tennessee, inspector Johnson made things a lot less stressful. He was so thorough in his inspection and we were very impressed with how much he remembered off the top of his head about our home.
