Our philosophy at House Calls Inspection, LLC is to inspect each home with the utmost care, to be thorough, and to explain our findings clearly to each client. Randy Johnson is a State Of Tennessee licensed home inspector, who received his certification through the Home Inspection Institute, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Randy also is a residential insurance inspector for CIS Inspections. Randy is a member of the HITA.US (Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association) and follows the national standards as well as those of the State of Tennessee.

Randy is the single most reliable home inspector I've ever hired... and I've hired him ten times as an investor in single family and multifamily properties throughout the Chattanooga area. He's got a knack for finding things I just wouldn't notice, and preparing well documented reports that have helped me in negotiations (reduced the price of homes by 5 digits!). He's also just a nice person and cares deeply about his clients. Highly recommend.
