Buff & Coat Hardwood

Went Great! Aaron was very good to deal with. The floors turned out very nice. His guys could be a bit behind, but they were overall fine and Aaron kept an eye on them and their progress. He got the job done on time. I have recommended him to others. He has changed the company name to Hardwood Rehab.

I called them and asked them to come back and look at a couple of spots I was unsure about.  They came back within two days and said that those spots needed to be fixed and they did so immediately.  Aaron has a very high standard of satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.  I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my floors.  They never looked this good when they were new!!!

My wife got his number as he was working on a house down the street from the house we just purchased.  He was able to get us in on a very short notice as we were looking to have the floors done before our furniture was moved in.  He showed up as he said, worked late, and made it happen.  Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

We got off to a slow start. But Aaron showed up as scheduled. His crew did a wonderful job. He supervised them the entire time. I cant believe how much better the floor looks. And I appreciated being told to clean them with a damp sponge mop and water. He said results should last five years. Dog claws shortened time span. Understand that.

They did a good service for us. They did what they said they would do and we were satisfied. Our floors were looking scratched on the surface, so they came out and buffed them. Then they put a new coating on them too. They did this work in 4 rooms. Now they look improved. This was a one day job and there were 3 employees who came out to do the work. I liked that they were prompt, on time, and did what they said they were going to do and that was very important for me. We didn’t have any issues with scheduling either.

Everything was great. We set up an appointment for an estimate. The owner was right on time and started the work the next day. Everyone was professional and polite. Floors turned out great!

He was good on price. The work was perfect but he was late getting here one day. He told me he would be back early the next morning to finish and I had to call him and round him up.

Moved to new home that  was previously rented and living room floors took a beaten from kids and pets.  Called company for help and was promptly provided an on site estimate.  Worked completed timely and results were very good.  Owner explained process very well and  followed up good tips on future cleaning.  Very pleased with service.

Do NOT hire these people if you want a professional job done. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service, and it took over two weeks for them to finish the job that was supposed to take three days,  because they had to keep coming back to fix very obvious mistakes they made and tried to ignore. Also they complained that we would not pay them. Well it finally looks ok but definitely not great. They refinished our hardwood floors and replaced a small area. There are circular patterns in the wood from the sander all over the house. The repair job was done carelessly two different times, they finally did it right the third time. And they still charged us full price!

We have a terrazzo tile floor that needed cleaning and sealing. They first scheduled a visit to look the floor to be able to give an accurate estimate. It was a bit higher than we wanted but felt that they could do the job.They were on time and spent many hours cleaning and then sealing the floor with multiple coats. The floor was much cleaner and shines!

It was a great experience ,except for a slight mishap on our part.
