Universal Home Design

We recently engaged with Universal Homes to provide us with a quote for a patio extension project. Things started out great with Will and his team. They were quick to respond and came out within a day or so based on our request. The team also provided us with an estimate for the project on time as well. Where we ran into issues is when we needed to speak with their contact about making some final changes to the quote. We placed multiple calls and message into their main contact Will. We received no return calls or reply to any of our messages. This was a shock based on how great they were in the beginning. I think based on my experience the company is not interested in doing small jobs. We had a 7k budget and they wanted us to spend 10k on a patio extension. I can’t speak for their work, but their communication and professionalism in the end was very poor. If you have a small job I am not sure this is the company to use.
