We have three large dogs and need an extra hand keeping the dog hair, dirt and dust under control. The Cleaning Authority quickly came to our home for an initial estimate. The rotating schedule, pricing and process is very buttoned-up and professional. Based on our home size (2500 sq ft) and number of rooms to clean, we were given a regular $120 rate. The first two initial "detailed" cleanings will be $165 each. We were put on the bi-weekly schedule soon after the estimate was provided. Two wonderful ladies from Team 8 jumped right to work once they arrived. They were extremely professional, thoughtful, and detailed...clearly taking great pride in what they do for their clients. They were finished with the entire house in approximately three hours for our initial detailed cleaning. My house smelled so clean and fresh, my carpets looked like new again, and I have never seen the kitchen sink so shiny. Most impressive were the carpeted stairs. I never knew they could look so clean and new. The Cleaning Authority hires fantastic people and their cleaning products and tools are excellent. Great job Team 8! I look forward to your next visit.

They were very good. They did what they said they were going to do and I will use them again. They were on time. It was always two that showed up, usually the same crew. They have different teams. So you can expect some people getting upset if new people show up, but that is the nature of the business. They seemed to be honest and trustworthy. They cleaned well and I really didn't have any issues with them.

Everything goes fine each time. They either send two or three people. They do a very good job. They really help us out. They do everything we expect and they do a very good job.

They do a good job. They vacuum, mop, wipe things down, clean the pictures and dust everything. I am happy with the work that they do. Two or three come and they get the job done quickly.
