TMC is my "go to" company for any maintenance or work related to my heating/air conditioning unit. Technician Steve Travis came to my home yesterday and replaced my old thermostat, which had stopped functioning correctly and required me to manually "wiggle" it to get the heat to turn on. Steve arrived on time, installed the unit, tested it, and explained the different features and how to operate the unit before he left. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable, so the repair was a good experience.

I have used them for years and they inspect the inside and outside. They do a great job servicing the unit.

They're very good. They're very professional, they know what they're doing and they take care of it. Overall, they're very good. On the price, they're there with everybody else.

They give good quality service. They are a good company I would recommend them. They breakdown and explain everything thoroughly that they do. They do a pretty good job of keeping the area clean.

They were really good. My air conditioning had just died on me. I called them on like a Friday evening and they were out here Monday afternoon for me. I did use them one time before about a year ago. The young man came out here, I'm an older person, and he just went out of his way to bend over backwards to get it done as quickly and cheaply as possible. Of course I'm never going to be happy with the price. They saw that they were going to be about an hour late and they called me before the appointment time to see if it was okay for them to still come on even though they were going to be an hour late. That was nice. They have their own follow up, which was nice. But what I found impressive, we had just gotten the heat wave coming through Tennessee and I figured it would be a week before they could get out but no they came right on out. I will call them first because I've been here 17 years and I've had to have other people out here before. I felt like they took advantage of the situation. Selling me products I didn't need. I even had one person when I'd been here 7 years to tell me that the life time warranty on an air conditioning unit for an 8 track system was only 10 years and it was time for me to replace it. Now who replaces one after 7 years? Tennessee Mechanical didn't give me any of that. So, I appreciate their straightforwardness about it.

It was a big repair. I do not remember where I got them initially. They've done work for me for about 5 years. There was just 1 worker and it took a few hours. Clean up was good.

The install went great. It took a while due to the size of the mechanical closet, and that it was a Magic-Pak -- through the wall -- which had been mortared into the brick by the builder of the building. They were very friendly and explained everything to me as to what was going on. I have been extremely pleased with the new unit since the old one died on me in the heat of a southern summer in August. The new unit has even lowered my utility costs to run it.  In short, i will definitely use them again.

  Arrived at pre-scheduled time after calling ahead to confirm arrival time.
• Identified and introduced himself at door.
• Donned protective boots
• Checked vents with gauges
• Checked thermostat
• Replaced air filter
• Climbed into attic and performed cleaning and checks on condenser/evaporator
• Cleaned external unit
• Checked freon level
• Disposed of old air filter
• Provided me a check sheet and had me acknowledge receipt
• Thanked me and left, total time approximately one hour.

Technician Kelvin (he was born to do this work) came and confirmed a diagnosis and quoted the replacement of an evaporator coil in HVAC. He scheduled the work, came in and got it done in a timely and professional manner. Great contractor.

The furnace would not come on. So i called and they sent someone out within a hour. He new what the trouble was. Had to order a part. They came out later to install the part. I have my unit service by them ever 6 months.

Arrived right on time. Completed with service and inspection. Found nothing wrong with my HVAC.

After the 1st attempt to fix the unit, the unit frozen and ran out of freeon. The 2nd time they failed the leak again. The 3rd they fixed the ac unit correctly after I asked for a different a tech.

They are very fair in price and all of our neighbors use them. I like that they are a 24 hour, 7 day a week company so I can always get a hold of them. They are also very honest and when they get here, they get right to work.

I am an HVAC engineer and I told them that the system wasn't designed properly. The guy who came was really annoying and talked to me like if I didn't know what I was talking about. They came in several times, but would never fix it. So I am calling a different company for the work because the only way to fix it is installing two different units on each floor but they won't do it because it is not in their warranty plan.
