Charged excessive price for Rotor Head Replacement.  Reply to an email  requesting reason for the excessive charge was surprising - both condescending and disrespectful - referred to by last name only instead of Mr or first name. 

We have not paid them yet because their job was not satisfactory. When they move any pipes in their irrigation system they do absolutely no repairing or replacing of the soil and dirt where it needs to be. They just dig up and leave your house in a mess. We are stuck with them because they manage the irrigations system in the community. They quoted a price between $250 to $300 and charged us $342. The quality of work they did is terrible. I sent pictures of the area to the owner and they came back with some sod and threw it on the lawn. The sod was of inferior quality and we have to get that replaced. They were on time for this job though. We don’t have a choice but use them because they work in this community. I would not use them to do any other work.
