Women where very nice. They advised me on what products they were using. They did a good job and my home smelled great.

Long read. I had a what was supposed to be a deep cleaning, according to the sales rep, on July 12. I was told it typically takes four hours and the rate was $25 for each additional 30 minutes. The appointment was scheduled for 3 pm, but I got a call at 10:30 am and was asked if they could come over early because someone had cancelled. Although I wanted to be there for the cleaning, I agreed, as my roommate was at home. I got home around 3 and saw the house. I left a list of things that had to be done, thinking it would take longer than 4 hours. They stayed for 3, but I was charged the whole fee - $240. They didn't do everything on the list, much less the whole house. I have pics of the filth left behind, as well as pics of certain things that were "cleaned". I made a follow-up appointment for 3 pm the next Monday. Got a call just before 2 pm stating the cleaners were at the house and was my roommate available to let them in. I told her that I had to be at home when they cleaned and was told the schedule read to clean after 1, nothing about 3. I was asked to reschedule. I made an appointment for 3:30 pm on Wednesday. When no one had shown up by 4, I called the office and was told they had me down for 3:30 on Thursday. I specifically told one of the cleaners I couldn't be at the house on Thursday or Friday and she made the appointment for Wednesday. I called the office that day and asked for a refund and was told by a woman that she couldn't do that - I would have to talk to the owner. He wasn't available then or on Thursday. I've emailed corporate twice now and was told that it was a local thing, but they would send over my info and my complaint. It's Aug. 2 and I still haven't heard from the owner.

What stands out is their friendliness and the ease of working with them. There are a still a few minor things that they could do better on.

My overall experience with them was good. Their pricing was reasonable and they were highly efficient. They were on time and they basically exceeded my expectations. I will use them again in the future.

I explicitly requested mornings, either Thursday or Friday. Was told no problem. Friday between 8 and 10. Went home for lunch, hadn't shown up. Oops, communication problem. Also, house not cleaned in my estimation. The hypo-allergenic cleaning products they use are apparently a euphemism for water. Floors still dirty, things not clean. Turns out they dusted my furniture, not clean according to the manager. This was his response when I mentioned that a drop or two of body lotion I spilled on the dresser was still there after they visited. After I complained (politely) that the wooden floors looked dirty, he informed me they used Joy and water to mop them. Unbelievable! I have always used quality floor products on my floors since it would cost about $10,000 to replace them! When I suggested they use the products I use on them he said perhaps we had different philosophies about what clean meant and we should part company. I couldn't have said it better!
