Middle TN Solar & Skylights

These guys are pros and nothing phases them.  Being up on a ladder 23-feet was not a problem.  The job was done well, with high quality and integrity at every step.  They are knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, friendly, easy-going, listen to the customer, and full of integrity!  David noticed that one screen had a scuff mark from transport and took it upon himself to replace it.  One of the new skylights later had a problem with the shade, but it was under warranty, and they came out in a jiffy.  Because they had replaced the motor (on the old skylight) previously, they provided me a refund in cash right on the spot due to the insurance claim.  They treat me kindly and fairly, and really know their stuff!  They remember from one visit to the next, even if months have passed.  Of all the vendors and repairmen I have dealt with over the course of my 56 years, these guys have to be best I've encountered.  They answer the phone, return calls promptly, and do all the little things that make a big difference.  They worked well with the roofers and painters, too.  I recommend them VERY, VERY highly!
