Messolar Installation Group

I absolutely do not recommend Messolar Moving. The three men that arrived worked slowly, and did not come prepared with blankets or protective wrap for my items as requested when I booked. I noticed damage to several of my wood items within minutes of the movers leaving and reported it immediately to the moving company. I was told that because I couldn't prove that it was the movers fault, in addition to the scuffs on my new walls, that they would not provide any assistance or refund beyond my tip. I DO have evidence of the items in their proper condition before the move and offered to provide those, to which I got the same answer. What was thrown back in my face by management was that technically my signature on the invoice approving the movers end time ALSO signaled that I was approving the condition of all of my furniture. My bed frame is also damaged, and I'm sure I'll continue to find more at this rate. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The service was great. It was a great quality, they were quick, on time, and got the job done perfectly. They were polite and they work like it was their own.
