We had our garage floor surfaced in October 2017. We hired Guardian Garage Floors for the job and found them to be excellent all the way from the sale representative and quote meeting to the clean up after finishing the job. The install crew showed up as scheduled and explained the process thoroughly. Once the work was started, they didn't stop until the clean up was completed. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Guardian provides an excellent product and service (polyaspartic). Our garage floor is beautiful and protected from damage and is a pleasure to use. We are sold on Guardian and highly recommend them for their product, service and pricing!

Guardian Garage Floors did an OUTSTANDING job for us. They set a convenient time for us, showed up on time and completed the job is 5 hours same day (we had a 3-car garage covered). They were courteous and professional and when done gave me great instructions on when I could put my cars in and when it would be 100% cured. It is incredibly durable and looks great. Highly recommend them.

They were quick to call me back at first contact. Came out to my house at a time convenient for me. Brought samples and plenty of product knowledge. Very professional. Diamond grind the whole floor, coated and sealed and all I. An say is WOW! What a transformation. The product they use is 1000X's better than big box floor kit. Don't hesitate to call these guys!

George came to our house to explain the process and let us choose our colors. When the treatment was applied the floor looked great, but a mover dragged a heavy object across the garage floor before the product had cured. The crew came back and fixed it at no charge.

George came out to our house to measure the garages, show us samples and provide pricing options.  We agreed on a date for install.  The crew was out first thing in the morning the following week.  We didn't have much touching the floor but the crew removed everything including the fridge from the garage.  The crew was completely self sufficient and I was able to head to work without delay.  They called when they were close to being finished and I met them to review the job and pay the balance owed.  We let the product cure for a few days and let the garage air out.  The finished product was very clean and neat especially at the edges where it met the brick steps leading into the house.  We don't anticipate having to use the warranty but one of the main reasons we selected Gorilla Garage was for the warranty.  I've seen garage epoxy (which this product is not) fail and it isn't pretty.  The other important reason we went with GG was that both garages could be coated in one day.  Preparation is key for this type of work (or any coating or painting project).  The crew used a diamond grinder to prep the bare concrete.  An amateur would have used a pressure washer which would have introduced moisture and compromised the coating.  It would also increased the install time since the floor would need time to dry and we would be without use of the garage for a long time.  Is it an expensive product?  Yes, but for what you get (professionalism, quality, warranty, speed) it's worth it.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the work performed, from the quoting process through the installation.  George was very thorough with explaining everything that would happen and how much it would cost.  I had done two epoxy floor coating jobs myself and was not pleased with how they held up long term.  To have the job complete in one day by people with the right equipment and experience was well worth the expense.  
The three installers showed up right at 8:00 am on the appointed day (no delays!) and got to work.  The condition of the existing floor was a mess.  We had purchased the home late last year and it appeared that the previous owners left the garage doors open most of the time, as there was a lot of bird droppings on the floor.  They also had two dogs and it appeared that they entered the house through the garage with muddy paws and the area just outside the door to the house was extremely filthy.  I knew that I was going to coat the floor at some point, so I just covered the mess with an area rug.
The workers did not take a break until after all the grinding, cleanup, crack sealing was done and the initial coating was applied and the color chips were down, which was at about 1:00 pm.  They then went to lunch and came back in 45 minutes to complete the job by applying the final clear coat.  They cleaned up any mess and removed any trash they created.
I was especially impressed with how they applied the coating around the two HVAC units and water heater in my garage.  I don't know if I would have done such a precise job if I did it myself.
On top of that, there is a lifetime transferrable warranty, so I don't have to worry about any issues down the road, and it will be a great selling point when we choose to sell our home.
I looked at the plastic floor tile systems, ordered some samples, and was not pleased with the appearance.  The plastic floor tiles cost about $4 per square foot, which is slightly less, but I feel that the Gorilla Garage coating is much more attractive and will be much more durable in the long term.  Cost was about $6 per square foot and included repairing any cracks, which I had a lot of.
I would highly recommend Gorilla Garage for anyone that wants to have a beautiful and durable garage floor coating system.

I couldn't be happier with my garage floor coating.  The floor was not in the best shape before the Gorilla Garage guys did their thing.  We had several long cracks and a good number of expansion joints.  They were able to fill all cracks and expansion joints.  The finished floor looks outstanding and you can't tell there were any cracks or expansion joints previously.  We haven't put the finish through any real abuse yet, but it looks just as good as the day they installed it months ago.  I highly recommend the Gorilla Garage floor system.

We are very pleased with our experience with Gorilla Garage.  They quickly scheduled a home visit for an estimate after providing a general estimate by phone.  They arrived on schedule and provided information on their process and lifetime/15 year transferable warranty.  The price was very fair based on a garage floor we had done in a previous home that only had a one year warranty.  The installers were prompt, friendly and professional.  They were great communicators and we love the way the garage floor turned out!

My experience with Gorilla Garage started with a phone call and then a follow up meeting with Mr. Frazier.  He gave me a background on the company, why it was founded, how they do business, etc. and also described the product and application process in great detail.  He had samples with him to help choose finish, as well as a binder of previous projects to show what was possible.  
He took measurements, provided a quote, and scheduled the work all in the first meeting.  He was great to deal with, very polite and very professional.
The two man crew that did the install showed up right on time and got straight to work.  The process went exactly as it had been described to me and was completed in one day.  The finished floor looks exactly like the sample I picked.  The work crew was just like Mr. Frazier, polite and professional.  Everyone was very willing to answer questions and explain processes to me.
When they were done there was zero mess left behind,  just a beautiful floor.  
If I get to add onto the garage down the road like I want, no question that they will be doing the floor.  I can't recommend them enough if you are considering this type of project.

We had Gorilla Garage coat our garage floor & steps with the "3-layer polyaspartic polyurea coating".  We met George,who is one of the owners, at the Nashville Home Show and learned about the surface and installation.  Everything went perfect!  George was a man of his word about the price, timeline, and installation process.  He provided a detailed explanation of the installation process with pictures of each phase and examples of the finished look.  The installers were Jimmy & Tony, who arrived on time less than a week after we signed the contract with George.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome!  I highly recommend Gorilla Garage if you are willing to spend a little extra money to get the "WOW!" results as advertised.

Great, the floor looks fabulous.  I think they could have been a little neater around the edge that meets the wall, but the floor looks great.  The workers were pleasant and overall we are pleased.

There was a little hiccup when it came to the install.  The first time the guys showed up they had the wrong color.  Not a problem...  I ordered a custom color and there must have been some confusion over what I wanted.  I will take some responsibility for this.  However, next I asked for some samples of the color I wanted and that cleared up all the confusion.  My advise is if you are ordering something custom get samples made.  
After that, the guys showed up and got right to work.  I have never seen a crew work this hard and they were very friendly.  This was a new product to me so they were very helpful when I asked questions on what they were doing and why.  
The garage turned out awesome!  I was very happy with the whole process.  I wish I could get these guys to do all of my contract work!  Go with Gorilla Garage and you will not be disappointed!

Everything went very well from our initial meeting to get an estimate to the finished product.  We were provided with a history of the company, photos, and and we also found testimonials from Angie's list members.  The installers showed up on time and did a great job.  We had the benefit of having this process completed several days before moving in, so we were able to pile our moving boxes in the garage onto our new coated garage floor.  The lingering odor was minimal and as soon as we were able to leave the garage door open for several hours to air out the space after we moved in, that did the trick.  We are very pleased with the look of our garage floor and with the enhanced functionality of the space.  Even our movers commented about how cool the garage looked.
