We were afraid the duct work might need to be completely replaced because it had leaked water previously. It was important to us that we find someone honest, who would not try to sell us a new duct work system if we really didn't need it. Nick was the guy.
He was personable, and seemed very knowledgeable about his trade. He determined that the duct work had originally been installed up-side-down, with the seam on the bottom instead of on top. When it clogged completely, the wet air began to seep water through the seam. We feared there was a large hole or complete corrosion of the duct. That wasn't the case, and we did not need a new duct system.
We will definitely use Nick again, should the need arise.
