+ -1 moreWe responded to a want ad placed by the contractor in the weekly Smyrna AM insert of our major county-wide newspaper, The Daily News Journal. Contractor advertised 38+ years of service in Rutherford County. Listed telephone number apparently was his home number; it was answered promptly and a message was taken. Contractor returned our phone call that evening as promised and we made an appointment for him to visit us a couple evenings later. The contractor no-showed the appointment and we have not heard from him in the week since.
Description of Work: Request for bid on approximately 800 sq ft of residential flat concrete work.
