Cloud 9 Mobile Grooming offers the convenience of a grooming salon at your doorstep. Less stress for you and your pet. No need to transport; we come to you. No need to be home; appropriate, secure arrangements can be made to allow access to your dog. Your dog will not be caged waiting their turn and they will be in and out in an hour or so. We love dogs and they love us. We take the time to get to know your dog and perform the groom with patience and compassion, especially for older, previously abused, or disabled dogs.

I have two English Springer Spaniels who were in desperate need
of a haircut and they came out of the Cloud 9 Mobile looking like new dogs. Whitney
called and was early, which suited me just fine, gave them the attention they needed
and then some, I asked to have them shaved down to their ears and she gave me
exactly what I ask for and the dogs whom are good but old were also happy with
their experience, you can?t ask for more. The appointment was easy to set up, the
cost was reasonable and I already have an appointment for a trim in eight
weeks. Overall a pleasant experience for both me and my girls.

The Good: Very Professional, very loving to our dog. Did a pretty good job for the first time. Price was better than PetSmart and other groomers and we didn't have to drop off or pickup. All services were performed out our location, nice!
What could be better: In the vendor's defense, it had rained quite a bit earlier in the day. She had called numerous times to keep us informed that she was having trouble with muddy dogs. She was originally supposed to be at our location at 4 PM, but did not show until 7:15 PM. We have an 8 pound toy poodle and from my knowledge on the subject, they take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs for full service. For our dog it took a little over 2 hours. I thought this was a bit long, but vendor probably already had a long day. Service was completed at 9:40 PM. Next time I think we will get a morning appointment.
All in all, I think a B rating is appropriate. My wife and I are still discussing whether we will use them again or just groom ourselves.

Tried numerious times to get intouch with them, and then when I finally did, the person Ispoke to was very rude. I would not even try to contact them again.

"I (the owner of Cloud 9 Mobile Grooming) do not recall ever talking to this person. I would not have been able to provide service for them, as they live outside my service area. If they had called me, I would have returned the call that day and referred them to another mobile groomer who does service their area. Possibly they have confused me with another mobile groomer?"

They are amazing. She is extremely conscientious, she does a great job and I'm very comfortable with her with my animals. I have an appointment for Aug. 9th. I love her, I really go - she's a God send. Our dog is a pekinese and it could kill him flipping him over. She uses a harness and she has a lot of great equipment.
