Chimney Sweeping, Gas Log Service
They came quick and said it needed replaced. They gave me a quote and made appointment. Installers came quick, worked hour and a half trying to install. They then decided it did not fit and they would take it back and get a correct size unit. Said they would be calling to schedule new appt. That was nearly a week ago and i have heard NOTHING from them.

Scheduling staff is very friendly and professional. Received confirmation texts promptly. They arrived to perform work right on time. Instantly went straight to work and finished quickly. Even showed me pictures of the vent after cleaned. I’m very pleased with Allegiance Chimney Solutions.

It was excellent. He notified me when he is on his way, when he finished and he charged for the price or the quote that he gave it to me. I would use them again in the future and their price could vary depending on the work that he did.

The appt was easily made, customer service from the phone call to schedule to the tech Bob that came out was fantastic. They were prompt and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for the installation of my chase cover and for any future chimney/fireplace/dryer vent needs.
