Mr. Moore worked for about an hour. I am no HVAC expert and I don't know what all he had to do. I just know that it was not working when I called him and when he was finished, it was working fine. The unit is 15 years old and I asked him if it was time to replace it. He said we could talk about that if he couldn't get it running. He opted for a fairly cheap service call rather than even talk to me about an expensive new unit. I respected that.
