I was very nervous about leaving my two older dogs with a sitter. I had never left them with a non-family member before, and they both have their issues. I was very pleased with Valerie. She cam to my home for an initial meeting and my dogs took to her well. She was professional but very easy going, which I think is essential for putting animals at ease. She fed and gave meds to my dogs, cleaned up an unfortunate accident, fed worms to our lizard and even brought in paper and mail. (The dogs did not need walking due to dog door and fenced yard.) Since I was so nervous, she emailed me while I was away so could relax and know my pets were in good hands. Price was reasonable and well worth the peace of mind. I will use her again.

Valerie is wonderful! We never worry about our animals when we are away because we know that Valerie is taking such great care of them! We love the notes shes leaves for us on what happened each day during her visit and know that our cats are being well taken care of in their own home. I highly recommend her!

We had to leave town for a long weekend. I brought two small dogs to Valerie and I was very pleased with the way they were treated. She treated them as though they were her own. At another point we went away for a few days and brought the dogs with us. However, we needed someone to feed my cats, one with daily medication. Valerie came to my house, fed my cats, brought in my mail and checked my plants. I am planning to use her again.
