I had used this service for 3+ years with no real problems, except that some prodding was required to get work done on time and he was frequently not responsive to phone messages. We recently moved away but did not sell the house. The Mountain Man company was still in charge of the lawn maintenance, but he did nothing but mow the yard. Bushes and hedges were left untrimmed, falling over and blocking pathways. Despite repeated assurances that he was doing the work, nothing was ever trimmed or cut back resulting in an overgrown appearance. I would never hire this company again.
