Bungalow Bill's Renovation

We are really pleased with the job Bill, the owner of Bungalow Bill's Renovations, and his assistant, Aren, did in painting about two thirds of our house. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable in price, and gave us great advice on the paint for the job. The part of the house he worked on looks brand new, and it's 26 years old! His work was excellent.  
As he and his assistant worked, he would occasionally point out minor things that needed to be addressed that weren't painting related and, after asking us, would repair them. For example, he noticed that a sagging board (bottom of a beam) that a ceiling fan in our great room was attached to. He fixed it and now we don't need to worry about the fan crashing on our heads some night at dinner.
Disruption was less than expected. We removed things from the walls and windows before they started. Bill and Aren moved the actual furniture as they needed to and returned it all to its place after the walls dried. They were also careful about clean up. They were aware that we had to live in the house after they left for the day and tried to make it functional for us. It took about six days for Bill and Aren to paint our large great room, putting two coats on the ceiling, fix the drywall in the hall bath, and paint the hall, two bedrooms and a guest bath -- about 2,000 square feet. Bill had estimated that the job would take seven days, so they were slightly faster than expected.
We recommend Bungalow Bill's Renovations for painting jobs and renovations. We will be calling them again next year for bathroom renovations and painting the rest of the house. They did a great job!
