This was the worst experience! I traded my car in 2 months ago and I regret it to the fullest! Had I known I was getting a lemon I would have never gave them my well maintained vehicle as a trade in. Since my puchase I have had to buy a whole new battery get a full tube up replace wheel barrings, and the biggest issue is the air conditioning issues. When we got the car. My kids realized the rear air wasn't working. He was so rude about the whole thing and finally agreed to get it fixed. They said it was fixed and it was cold while we were at the repair shop and the minute we were on the road it was blowing heat again. Long story short. ...we took it back 3 times only to have the front and rear air not working now. And he refuses to get it fixed. The men in this dealership are the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. Once you have bought your vehicle they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the office! I am fed up with their shenanigans! He has hung the phone up in my face and raised his voice at me for no reason. They are very unprofessional! And apparently they use the same line with everyone, I this is our best car...we drive this car everyday'! It's all lies! I have never been so disrespected in my life! Here we are dead in the middle of summer and my kids have to suffer in the heat with no air! This is not acceptable!!
