Doug, owner of A & S Heating and Cooling of Shelbyville, TN corrected a faulty "potential" install of a mismatched Carrier heat pump from another person. Doug could of told me he could not help, but instead said he could resolve our dilemma. Doug did and sent two fine HVAC techs - Jacob and Koby who installed and connected the correct sized heat pump! We are forever grateful to Doug and his company!!!
