Florists
When the flowers were delivered, they didn't knock on the door. The flowers were placed on the 4th of my steps, and my dog's leash was wrapped around them 3 or 4 times. When i leashed my dog, and sent him out, I did not see the flowers until they were flying down the steps. They crashed at the bottom, breaking many of the flowers and shattering the vase. My daughter called the store and was told I would receive a new arrangement the next day, 8/13/2011. When we called them about 4 pm, there was confusion as to what we were talking about. They then told us they would make sure they were delivered on Monday, 8/15/2011. They did finally make good on Monday.
