I used them only because they were recommended on Angie's list. Not the best experience for our first time use of a recommended business on this list.
We would not recommend them or use them again.
"{removed member name}, Thank you for your review of our company. We appreciate feedback both good and bad because both help us to always strive to do a better job and to be a better company. First I would like to personally apologize for your negative experience with us. The last thing we ever want is an unsatisfied client. We try our best to always go above and beyond with our service and apparently this time we failed to impress, and that is something we will definitely take into consideration. As for the mantle, we deeply regret any casualties that may have been caused by our installation. We try the best we can to be extremely careful and precise, but if our job did not reflect that then we most certainly need to do better. We would also like to express our regret for the fact that you seem to have been caught off guard by our hourly rate, which should have been explained to you from the get go. We pride ourselves not only on our quality and dedication to our craftsmanship, but also to our competitive rates which most customers seem to find reasonable. We're not quite sure how you weren't aware of the cost involved, yet still authorized us to begin the work, but apparently there was some sort of miscommunication along the way. So again, our sincerest apologies. As for your concerns over the time needed for relocating the receptacles in your living room, if the scope of that aspect of the job was not made fully clear to you then we apologize for that as well. Since both your receptacles and phone jack were fed from below their original locations, and you wanted them relocated higher up the wall, new wires had to be run in the basement and spliced where possible, for each location, which can be, and in this case was, quite labor intensive. We thought we were very clear about what that portion of the job would entail but if we were not clear then we certainly regret that you were blindsided on that. Again, thank you for your review; we greatly appreciate your feedback, and we are humbled by the fact that we did not exceed your expectations. Exceeding expectations is what we strive to do in this business, as well as our personal lives.
